Job Title: Head Instructor, Owner / Operator Sensei Moody started teaching in Garnett after his discharge from the
military. He was a graduate of Garnett high school, he is
the son of Phillip Moody Sr. and Camille Barns. He enjoys teaching along
side of his family; son B.J., daughter Amanda, brother Phillip Moody Jr.
Sensei Moody's hobbies are lifting weights, driving motor cycles, scuba diving repelling and watching his children play sports. He also loves training K-9's, working out with his son and reading the bible.

Job Title: Head Instructor Adult Dragons, Assistant Manager Sensei Wiz started martial arts in 1995. He also graduated from Garnett High School. He attended Kansas State University in Manhattan and helped operate a dojo there before graduating in 2000. Sensei Wiz is the son of Phillip Moody Sr. and Camille Barns. Sensei Wiz enjoys teaching with his family brothers Sensei, Sensei K, nephew B.J., niece Amanda, and his wife Dawn. In his spare time Sensei Wiz enjoys playing with his dogs and riding his motorcycle. Sensei Wiz is currently a math teacher at Colony/Crest high school, coaches varsity sports, also owns and operates a computer repair business. Back to Top

B.J. is currently the dojo's head weapons instructor, instructing children as well as adults. B.J. attends Anderson County Jr. High School and maintains a 4.0 grade point average, while participating in football, basketball, wrestling, and track. Angela started jujitsu when she was 11 and has been enjoying it ever since. Angela is currently attending Emporia State
University with plans on becoming a teacher. Angela's hobbies include: hanging out with her friends, reading, playing varsity basketball and varsity softball sports. She has two cats and loves all animals.

Job Title: Assistant Instructor Little Dragons Years in Martial Arts: 11 Favorite Movie: Remember the Titans Favorite Weapon: Sword Instructor Amanda has been practicing Martial Arts with her father and brother for the past eight years. Her favorite class to help instruct is the Little Dragons Class, because she likes to teach the little children to do flips and rolls. Amanda attends Garnett Elementary Center and hopes to one day be a teacher. She participates in sports, music, local plays and musicals. Amanda likes to spend times with her 2 cats and 2 dogs. She graduated from Anderson County High School and later graduated from Kansas State university. Instructor Marilyn is happily married to her husband James and enjoys spending time with her husband and dog Peyton, reading, being warm and watching sports. Instructor Marilyn is currently in pharmacy school at UMKC and is looking forward to helping others for a living. |

Job Title: Head Instructor for Parker dojo. Years in Martial Arts: I started at age 40 in 2003.You do the Math! Favorite Movie: Forrest Gump Favorite Weapon: Sword Martial Arts is a family activity for Barb's family with her husband Dane and oldest daughter Callie also enrolled in classes at the dojo. Youngest daughter Carly is anxious to start in a couple of years, she already knows her jabs and reverses! Barb went to high school in Lincoln, Nebraska, and attended the University of Nebraska studying meteorology. Currently she and her husband publish a newspaper. Barb's family lives on a farm in rural Kansas where they enjoy their many pets. Her favorite thing to do is hang out on the beach in Michigan (in the summer of course) with family and friends. (Ins.
